BOWIE COUNTY, TX – Republican Nominee for Bowie County Clerk, Natalie Nichols, recently received the endorsement of former White House advisor, award winning author and Fox News commentator, Dick Morris.

“Natalie Nichols is one of the rising, young stars in the Republican Party,” said Dick Morris, President of Vote.com. “She is struggling to make Bowie County a two-party government with checks and balances. Right now, it is run by the fiat of the Democratic Party organization.” Morris explained, “The Clerk’s office is the key to releasing the voting records of the Commissioners Court. The current clerk sits on the records and won’t release them without a formal request. Natalie, not to be deterred, now videotapes their meetings and posts them on her website for all to see.”

Morris worked as a Republican strategist before serving as a White House Advisor under President Clinton, and is credited for helping President Clinton succeed by convincing the President to adopt Conservative Republican policies. He is an 8 time NYT best-selling author, renowned political strategist, and a regular commentator on Fox News.

“We need the likes of Natalie in politics and, I suspect, the people of Bowie County need her, in particular, as an advocate. They couldn’t get a better one,” added Morris.

“I’m honored to receive the endorsement of Dick Morris, and am so grateful for his advice and friendship. I was deeply humbled when he wrote to offer the endorsement,” said Nichols. “He is one of the strongest voices in the Conservative movement today. His wisdom and wealth of knowledge is beyond compare. Public Information has been under lock and key in our county for decades. I will give our citizens every opportunity to view our elected officials’ voting records, without having to ask for them. The records in the County Clerk’s office do not belong to the Clerk, they belong to the people.”

Hi, I’m Natalie Nichols,

Every year on July 4th we celebrate what has come to be known as “Independence Day.” I think back to the letter that Founding Father, John Adams wrote to his wife Abigail, July 3, 1776 with great awe and admiration. Adams wrote to his wife that day that America’s independence should be “commemorated, as the Day of Deliverance by solemn Acts of Devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with Pomp and Parade, with Shews, Games, Sports, Guns, Bells, Bonfires and Illuminations from one End of this Continent to the other from this Time forward forever more.”

We have carried out Adams’ wishes with our annual parades and fireworks displays. But what is most important is that we not lose sight of what our ancestors gave so that we might have the freedoms that so many of us take for granted. Ordinary citizens…farmers, blacksmiths, lawyers, doctors…left their homes to band together and fight for our honor and for our liberty. Most of them knew that they were largely outmatched by the British, and that they might very well lose their lives. But they weren’t fighting for themselves, they were fighting on principle, for the future of this great nation. The Revolutionary War has taken on a whole new meaning for me as of late. Reading about these long past wars in a textbook is abstract. However, tracing your lineage back to some of these fine men provides an almost indescribable feeling of pride. I have always welled up with tears when listening to songs, such as “God Bless the U.S.A.,” but knowing that those who fought to preserve these freedoms so long ago are not just random people, but my family, gives new cause for celebration in my life.

Fourteen generations ago, my family came to America from England on the ship “Defence” in July of 1635. Twelve generations ago, my great-grandfather, William Reed, was a farmer and Captain of the militia in Lexington, MA and was the first Representative to Lexington in 1714. Eleven generations ago, my great-grandfather, William Reed, Jr. was also a Captain of the militia in Lexington, and ten generations ago, my great-grandfather, William Reed III, was a volunteer in the Revolutionary War for the Lexington Alarm. Carrying on this tradition, nine generations ago, his son, Nathaniel Reed, my great-grandfather, was a soldier out of Lex-ington in the Revolutionary war.

This land is my legacy. It is your legacy.

While the 4th of July is a day of family fun and pretty lights in the dark, night sky, it is and has always been a passing of the torch. With each passing year and each parade, we would be humbled to remember what it took so many years ago to give us the liberties that our fore-fathers held so sacred. It is with great honor, a tear in my eye, and a lump in my throat, that I can proudly proclaim, “I’m proud to be an American…And I won’t forget the men who died and gave that right to me.” God Bless the U. S. A.

Obama started off his State of the Union Address with “…one year later, the worst of the storm has passed.” Apparently president Obama is not aware that the stock market has lost 529 points since January 19th, and that unemployment is still at 10% or higher, even though he promised it would not go over 8% once his stimulus plan was passed.

“And that’s why we’ve excluded lobbyists from policy-making jobs or seats on federal boards and commissions.” Hold on there, Buckaroo! Once again, in true Obama fashion, the truth is distorted to an extent that it is completely false. He did sign an executive order that would prevent lobbyists from being able to “work on regulations or contracts directly and substantially related to their prior employer for two years.” However, Obama failed to mention that there is a “waiver” that allows former lobbyists to serve.

But moving right along:

Last week, the Supreme Court reversed a century of law to open the floodgates for special interests – including foreign companies – to spend without limit in our elections. Well I don’t think American elections should be bankrolled by America’s most powerful interests, and worse, by foreign entities.

Apparently, the President doesn’t like people playing in his back yard or looking at his playbook. Sure, he doesn’t want corporations, the likes of which the Democrats have been known to put the squeeze on, getting involved in campaign finances. And “foreign entities?” Please! Apparently the president has a chronic case of short-term memory loss. How much did he get for his presidential campaign from “foreign entities?” With that statement alone, we should challenge his current mental state with regard to his ability to make sound decisions.

Tonight, I’m calling on Congress to publish all earmark requests on a single website before there’s a vote so that the American people can see how their money is being spent.

No he didn’t! I’m sorry, but I just have to give out a big “ROFL” with that one. I mean, come on! Obama is going to bring up posting things on the internet for all to see before a vote is passed?

Let’s see…where to begin?

During his campaign, President Obama said that he “…will not sign any nonemergency bill without giving the American public an opportunity to review and comment on the White House Web site for FIVE DAYS.”

Is that so?

The Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay act was passed on January 27th, 2009 and signed TWO DAYS LATER by the president on January 29th, 2009. A few days later on February 4th, 2009, Obama signed the State Children’s Health Insurance Program only HOURS after it passed through Congress. Then the following month, Obama signed the Credit Card Accountability, Responsibility, and Disclosure (CARD) Act of 2009 on May 22, 2009 – only two days after it passed through Congress.

So pardon me while I “ROFL” when the president charges Congress with upholding a standard that he will not hold himself to, even after he promised he would. I think this falls under the category of “Do as I say, not as I do!”

On this occasion, he has found a new way of blaming Bush. Instead of blaming things on the “previous administration”, he now describes it as “the last decade.” That Obama, he sure knows how to choose his words carefully, doesn’t he? Although it does seem at times that he’s struggling internally when he disagrees with the words that are scrolling on the teleprompter.

I also noticed the rise he got when he said “If these firms [big business] can afford to hand out big bonuses again, they can afford a modest fee to pay back the tax payers who rescued them in their time of need.” Well, here is a thought, President Obama: If Congress can afford to give our legislators a raise when everybody else is losing money, then they can afford to give that money to the tax payers instead–who by the way pay them their salaries in the first place.

I’m glad that the president is finally focusing on jobs, but I am a bit perplexed. By the way Mr. President, why would you need to call for a “jobs bill” if your stimulus plan is working as well as you claim? Obama keeps telling of the stories of the business in Phoenix that is growing, the one in Philadelphia that has doubled its business, but he did not say what the business’ name is. He also wants to give $30 billion to small community banks, in the hopes that they’ll start lending to small businesses. It kind of reminds me of the phantom districts that received stimulus money and “saved or created” fictitious recordable jobs.

There was something I did like, no really, I’m serious. Obama said he wants to reduce the capital gains tax. I am all for cutting the capital gains tax and would have given him credit for bipartisanship had he given due credit to the Republicans (who have been pushing for that since he took office.) He also talk about persuing alternative energy. But instead, he chose not to acknowledge that, presenting it as if it was a novel idea.

As an aside, did you happen to notice where Joe Biden was reading ahead on the teleprompter and started to applaud before the prompt, when Obama was mid sentence? By the way: Way to go, Joe! That was a great rapid response in recalling the clap before everyone else noticed. Major gaffe averted. I can’t wait to find the video…that was priceless! It wasn’t necessarily of importance, but at least it was certainly humorous, and typical of Biden.

Obama said that what frustrates the American people most is a Washington in which “every day is Election Day.” Oh how wrong he is. If every day were Election Day, people like Obama wouldn’t be able to go back on promises of transparency and making deliberations public on C-SPAN. They’d be on their best behavior. He says that neither party should delay or obstruct every single bill, just because they can. Well how about if every single bill is corrupt, should we just pass it to let them win one, American people’s wishes be damned? First, he reminds the democrats that they’re still winning and should forge ahead. Then to Republicans, he says if they “are going to insist that 60 votes in the Senate are required to do any business at all in this town, a Super Majority, then the responsibility to govern is now yours as well.” I’m sorry, maybe I was flawed in my thinking all along. I thought for some crazy reason that we sent both Republicans and Democrats to D.C. to REpresent us, to present our views in our absence. Perhaps I am mistaken and the president is correct, being a constitutional law professor and all, that the Republicans should lead by not serving the ambitions of their Republican constituents. So let’s show the American people that we can do what together, Mr. President? As usual, his rhetoric doesn’t match his actions, or even the rest of his rhetoric. The entire speech is 1 hour and 10 minutes of contradictions. He says he’ll be addressing Republican leaders finally, on a monthly basis. It’s only been how long since they’ve been requesting meetings? Better late than never, I suppose.

This man, Barack Hussein Obama, just said to the American people, that we can argue all we want about who’s to blame, “but I’m not interested in re-litigating the past.” Hmmm, I am not quite sure what to make of the numerous references to “who is to blame” earlier in the speech then. He wants to put aside the schoolyard taunts about who’s tough. Kind of like a few minutes prior when he spoke to Democrats and reminded them they still had the largest majority in history and should act on it. To me that sounded oddly reminiscent of “We won, we won! We shot the b. b. gun!” but maybe I’m alone in that.

America’s greatest strength has been our ideals, says Obama, we find unity in our diversity, the notion that no matter who you are, and what you look like, if you adhere to our common [Democrat] values, you should be treated the same. I’m guessing that those who were locking the doors to keep people out of town hall meetings during the health care debates weren’t embracing our nation’s great diversity. He’s touting the idea that he’s going to ensure that gays have “the right to serve” in the military. Why on earth are their entrance exams to be accepted into the military? Could it be that it is to screen those who should be serving from those who should not? Could it be that they are looking to see who is equipped to serve and who is not? Does the overweight guy who can’t pass the physical fitness test have the “right” to serve in our military? ABSOLUTELY he does! Just as soon as he CHANGES enough to meet the high standards that the strongest fighting force known to mankind has set in place. The military does not require that a person stop being gay in order to serve, only that they not proclaim it to those they’re working alongside. Likewise if an overweight person does trim down enough to meet standards, the military doesn’t require that they stop eating the same amount they used to eat, but it does require that they not do so to the extent that it might put fellow servicemen in harm’s way.

With regard to his earlier statement about Republicans and furthering their own ambitions, Obama ends his speech with a fervent, “We don’t quit, I DON’T QUIT!” Mr. “it’s not all about me, it’s just entirely about me” President, how about, “I don’t give up on YOU,” no, that won’t do, that takes the emphasis off of him and places it on the people he’s supposed to be serving.
While this is good for conservatives, and America overall, we must not lose sight of the deception of the Obama administration, and the democrats in general. The liberals have already made claims of “doubling-down” in the wake of their Massachusetts defeat.

You can rest assured that the democrats will now say that they are backing down a little in the interest of shifting gears to focusing on jobs and the economy.

We have a message for Obama and the radical left: TOO LATE!

Your true colors have been shown, you have been defeated and America is now on the path of righteousness and it is correcting it’s course. It’s a time factor now!

The Paradigm has shifted, the message is clear. The Massachusetts victory IS a REFERENDUM, and “We the People” have shown who has the POWER!

We will not forget!

From Fox News:

Democrats are being forced to re-evaluate their plans for health care reform after Republican Scott Brown’s victory for the U.S. Senate seat in Massachusetts made clear that independent and even many Democratic voters are concerned about health insurance reforms being debated in Washington.

Brown’s win Tuesday is a colossal hit to Democrats, since it will break the party’s 60-vote, filibuster-proof majority in the Senate at a time when health care reform is in its final stages. Brown has vowed to vote against the bill if he gets the chance.

From Michelle Malkin:

In “Paul Revere’s Ride,” Henry Wadsworth Longfellow wrote of “the muster of men at the barrack door.” Today, it’s the muster of men at Barack’s door who must be met with “a cry of defiance, and not of fear.” The nutroots are cranking up the pressure on congressional liberals to cling to the most radical form of Demcare and “fight harder for change.” What part of Coakley/Obama’s epic fail doesn’t the party in power understand?

Tea Party activists must stay vigilant and crank it up even louder to warn of the coming big government perils.

(more from Michelle —She Rocks!)

From Politico:

Sen. Jim Webb puts out a statement that puts the notion of a quick Senate vote out of reach and pretty much makes a certification fight moot:

In many ways the campaign in Massachusetts became a referendum not only on health care reform but also on the openness and integrity of our government process. It is vital that we restore the respect of the American people in our system of government and in our leaders. To that end, I believe it would only be fair and prudent that we suspend further votes on health care legislation until Senator-elect Brown is seated.

And good luck getting Lieberman to vote for cloture this week, anyway.

From Right Wing News:

Well, guess what? The people did speak. And they put their money where their mouths were, too. Money poured into Brown’s campaign in the final days and the average donation was between $50 and $75. Patrick Ruffini accurately predicted this was a good risk to take. And there were those of us who cheerfully promoted the money bomb–go for a cool million, I said–and guess what? It happened.

From MSNBC:

The loss by the once-favored Democrat Martha Coakley in the Democratic stronghold was a stunning embarrassment for the White House after Obama rushed to Boston on Sunday to try to save the foundering candidate. Her defeat signaled big political problems for the president’s party this fall when House, Senate and gubernatorial candidates are on the ballot nationwide.

From The Huffington Post:

The trouble may go deeper: Democratic lawmakers could read the results as a vote against Obama’s broader agenda, weakening their support for the president. And the results could scare some Democrats from seeking office this fall.

From Dick Morris (and reason for pause):

After Obama succeeds [some sort may still pass] in jamming health care changes down the collective throats of his embattled constituents, his next move will be to bring overt socialism to the United States in the guise of regulatory reform.

The legislation he seeks to pilot through the Senate (it already passed the House) literally gives the Secretary of the Treasury the power to seize any company in any sector which, in his judgment, is in danger of insolvency and whose failure would cause systemic damage to the national economy (aka – too big to fail).

Enjoy the moment, America certainly deserves it. But the battle has just begun. Remember these words by Obama himself

“But as all of you know, we may not get there immediately. Because first we’ve got to take back the White House, we’ve got to take back the Senate, and we’ve got to take back the House.”

It’s our turn now!

———————————————————————————————-

LETTER TO GLENN BECK:

Thank you for doing black America, and the rest of us, a favor by giving us the opportunity to hear from black conservatives. No one else seems brave enough to expose the falsehood surrounding the myth that all black people must be liberals. Black youths need to be able to look up to strong, intelligent, and proud black conservative leaders (in and out of elected office.)

I would like to “demand” (as Cavuto suggests) that FOX devote an entire show to black conservative views. You’ve done all conservatives a great service by allowing us to hear from them, but this needs to be an ongoing thing. I would like to suggest that Kevin Jackson host the show. BET, and other “black networks”, should not be the only outlet for black voices and it shouldn’t be the only place that America is able to find out what black people are thinking. Both parties need to be made aware that there is a real body of black conservatives and that neither party “owns” their loyalties.

I’m running for local office, as a Conservative Republican. I’ve been told by numerous advisers and candidate training programs that I should concentrate on historically “red” areas, only going to predominantly black areas if time allows once I’ve canvassed all the other areas. It is no wonder that black America feels slighted by the Republican party when most of the Republicans can’t be bothered with “wasting time and resources” in black neighborhoods. I may be going against sound advice and reason, but this white Christian, mother of 4 will most definitely be campaigning in black neighborhoods just as in “white neighborhoods.” I want to know what people are thinking and I want to be elected to give a voice to ALL of my local area. How presumptuous would it be of me to just assume that I can speak for a group of people that I didn’t bother to speak TO in the first place?

Jerome Hudson (left), another true conservative voice of the truth

Please give them a continuous voice. Give the youth in their communities good role models to look up to in the conservative arena. Too many of them have been lied to and told that their “blackness” depends on exactly how liberal they are. Jerome Hudson was told that he was trying to act white because he wanted to dress nice and get an education, countless others have been as well. Let’s get rid of this ignorant fictional wall between our fellow countrymen and make America see that we’re just that…Americans, unhyphenated and unapologetic.

Thank you for your time,

He doesn't even know the record of the person he is stumping against

Barack Obama, our president, is now campaigning against Scott Brown on behalf of Martha Coakley. He gave a speech Sunday to try to tell the people of Boston that they needed to elect Martha Coakley on January 19th. We try not to be overly critical, but then again, this is Political Integrity Now and we do demand integrity. Obama stood there and lauded Coakley as a great person, wonderful Attorney General and the next Senator of MA. He said, “Just look at her record.” Yet he went on to deride Scott Brown, her opponent, who by the way is a Lt. Colonel in the MA National Guard (where he’s served for 29 years.) Our president, who is supposed to be a man of honor and integrity, said that Martha Coakley had taken on cases that most of us don’t even want to know about, including child abuse cases. Maybe he just didn’t look into her record himself, or maybe he doesn’t think it is an issue, but Martha Coakley (then DA) investigated and then allowed a sexual predator who raped his 23 month old niece with a hot curling iron go free without taking any action against him. Only after the child’s mother filed criminal complaints against him, did Coakley go after an indictment. And even at that point, almost 10 months after the horrendous rape of this baby, Martha Coakley (President Obama’s pick to fill “the People’s seat” in MA) and her office recommended that the monster be released on personal recognizance, WITH NO CASH BAIL. He remained free until more than 2 years after he so violently assaulted this child, on Martha Coakley’s watch, finally being convicted and being sentenced to two life terms.

I know that the above crime is heart-wrenching and stomach churning and it pains me to even type the words, much less think about them. But it is vital to the context of Obama’s most poignant statement to the Boston crowd in support of Coakley that you understand what her track record is. In his usual cocky manner, Obama looked those people in the eye and said (4:35 mark of the video), “[Scott Brown] may be a perfectly nice guy, I DON’T KNOW HIS RECORD…I don’t know whether he’s been fighting for you, up until now.” He went on to claim in jest that it was possible, although unlikely by the tone of his voice, that Brown had been fighting for the people of Massachusetts, laughing off the fact that he really didn’t know. That’s right America, all Obama knows is that we need to elect Martha Coakley. He doesn’t know or care what her record is, and he readily admits that he has absolutely no idea what Scott Brown’s record is, but we should just trust him. In the same breath he says that we need someone who doesn’t just vote along party line. I’m just left wondering, if Obama isn’t actually aware of Coakley’s record, and we know that he isn’t aware of Scott Brown’s, then what exactly is he encouraging MA to vote on? Oh, that’s right, he wants…strike that, he NEEDS a vote right down the party line, something that even he acknowledges lacks integrity. An interesting and relevant point that perhaps Obama might want to take into consideration before his teleprompter urges him to speak again:

Scott Brown received the 2004 “Public Servant of the Year” Award from the United Chamber of Commerce, for his leadership in reforming the state’s sex offender laws and protecting the rights of victims, according to his website, and is one of the State’s most outspoken advocates for victims of sexual abuse.

Hecklers managed to infiltrate the usually carefully pre-screened audience for the speech. At least one man and one child were heard voicing their disagreement with Obama. The man was escorted away by police for chanting and holding up a sign that read, “Jesus loves ALL the children” and it is uncertain whether the child was removed or stopped chanting on his own accord. The loyal Obama groupies behind him were dumbfounded when they heard the commotion, and again, the president simply found it humorous. Amazing!

Cao Votes for “Life”; Achieves Legislation to Protect the Health of All Americans

Tonight, Congressman Anh “Joseph” Cao (LA-2) voted in favor of the comprehensive health reform bill, H.R. 3962, the Affordable Health Care for America Act.

Of his vote, Cao said: “Tonight, I voted to keep taxpayer dollars from funding abortion and to deliver access to affordable health care to the people of Louisiana.

Cao said: “I read the versions of the House [health reform] bill. I listened to the countless stories of Orleans and Jefferson Parish citizens whose health care costs are exploding – if they are able to obtain health care at all. Louisianans needs real options for primary care, for mental health care, and for expanded health care for seniors and children.

The bill passed the House at a 220-215 vote.

Cao said: “Today, I obtained a commitment from President Obama that he and I will work together to address the critical health care issues of Louisiana including the FMAP crisis and community disaster loan forgiveness, as well as issues related to Charity and Methodist Hospitals. And, I call on my constituents to support me as I work with him on these issues.

Cao said: “I have always said that I would put aside partisan wrangling to do the business of the people. My vote tonight was based on my priority of doing what is best for my constituents.

H.R. 3962 included the Stupak-Pitts Amendment, which will keep in place current federal law on abortion funding and conscience protections for health care providers.

Cao said: “Before the Stupak-Pitts amendment was adopted as part of this health reform bill, the bill failed to explicitly include the longstanding policy prohibiting federal funding of elective abortion and plans which include elective abortion.”

According to a letter from the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops dated November 7, 2009, “The [Stupak-Pitts] Amendment will not affect coverage of abortion in nonsubsidized health plans, and will not bar anyone from purchasing a supplemental abortion policy with their own funds.”

Cao said: “Thank to the Stupak-Pitts Amendment, taxpayer dollars will not go to supporting elective abortions, and for thousands of my constituents, this was a top priority. By incorporating this amendment into the health reform bill, my colleagues and I made this bill better, and that is an achievement of which I will always be proud.”

Archbishop Gregory M. Aymond, the archbishop of New Orleans, said: “I am grateful to Congressman Cao for his courage and determination to defend life. I appreciate his work to prevent abortion from being included in health care reform and for protecting conscience rights of health care professionals. I – and, I am sure, many in New Orleans would join me – [I] appreciate Congressman Cao’s commitment to the people of New Orleans.”

Reposted from Smart Girl Nation, as relayed by Teri Christoph.

Last week, Rep. Michele Bachmann called on Americans to converge on Washington, D.C. on November 5th to protest the mammoth, destructive health care bill being pushed by Nancy Pelosi and her Democrat cohorts. She called it a “Congressional house call,” and asked that we visit our Representatives and let them know that we don’t want this crammed down our throats. I had the privilege of speaking to Ms. Bachmann yesterday, where she urged us to bring our video cameras and catch the responses on film. Great idea, right?

Flip recorder in hand, I headed down to the steps of the Capitol this morning. I met lots of wonderful patriots who had traveled from afar to be there. We heard from wonderful folks like Bachmann, Mark Levin, Tom Price, and actor Jon Voigt. I was excited to get started on my “house call” to my representative, Gerry Connolly, a Democrat. Mr. Connolly (also known in these parts as Congressman Cowardly) has avoided his constituents like H1N1. I had protested outside his ONE town hall meeting in August, where he lived up to his name and snuck in the back entrance to avoid us tea partiers. Since Mr. Connolly has been so elusive, I welcomed the chance to find out his position on Pelosi-care and to voice my ardent opposition to it.

Getting into the Cannon House Office Building was a breeze. Everyone was upbeat and ready to take part in a democratic exercise. My Flip camera and I made it through security without any questions. I took some video of the hallways, which were starting to fill up with everyday citizens like myself eager to talk to their elected officials. I finally found Cannon 327, office of Gerry Connolly. There were a few other constituents there, and we were asked by the very polite young staffers to fill out a form. SURPRISE! Gerry wasn’t there to greet us.

I did as asked and filled out the form, complete with my contact information and my views on the pending health care legislation. As I returned the form to the young staffer, I took out my Flip, started recording and asked him if someone from the office would appear on video and explain Congressman Connolly’s position. The staffer said I needed press credentials to videotape. I told him I was just an average citizen, not the media and had at no point been told (or seen a sign) that video cameras were not allowed. At this point, a man came out of an office and stood behind the staffer in a not so friendly way. When I questioned about the need for press credentials, this man came forward and demanded to know if I was a constituent of the 11th District, which I am and have been for more than 20 years. He insisted that I needed to have press credentials and very deliberately pushed his body — in an aggressive way — against my right arm, which was holding the camera. I was astonished that he had been so brazen and told him so. He then proceeded to threaten me with calling the police. I asked for his name several time, and the bully would only tell me “George.” Since I was standing at the front desk of the office, I found a stack of business cards and lo and behold, our bully is the Director of Communications for Rep. Gerry Connolly, one George Burke.

I was not able to get the whole thing on tape, as Mr. Burke intended when he decided to by physical with me. I did get this:

As you can see, the young staffer was a bit nervous, but polite. George Burke, who can be seen behind the young man, is anything but. He immediately treated me — his EMPLOYER! — as his enemy. The camera stopped recording when Mr. Burke decided to physically stop it. Let me be clear (if I can borrow the President’s words), I am a female, making a call on a Representative by myself! George Burke, a man who surely knows better, treated me with the kind of arrogant disdain so typical of liberals. These Democrats on Capitol Hill have without question lost sight of the fact that are beholden to us, the American people. There are a many more George Burke’s out there, smugly sitting in their offices with nothing but contempt for us regular folk. This was a big wake up call for me about how truly ugly the Democrats are — and I still don’t know a thing about Congressman Gerry Connolly’s position on health care.
