Political Integrity Now was born out of frustration with politicians repeatedly displaying a frivolous attitude with respect to the facts. Lenin said, “A lie told often enough becomes the truth.”  American politicians seem to have taken this idea to heart.  They tend to hope that if we hear something said enough times, that we won’t question their truthfulness.  This mentality has served our elected officials well for quite some time now.  We, at Political Integrity Now, say ENOUGH!

Our main purpose is to find the truth.  If a politician makes a claim about a specific piece of legislation, for instance, they ought to be able to back up that claim with facts.  This is where we come in.  Washington takes for granted that average citizens either don’t know where to look for the information, or wouldn’t be able to decipher the language if they found it.  To this end, you can count on us to compare what politicians are saying with what the facts are.

There is no beating around the bush, we are going to strike you as leaning to the right.  But don’t let this fool you.  We are not about party lines.  If a politician is being particularly honorable, we will report on it and we won’t care if there is a (D) or an (R) beside his name.  It is high time we brought integrity to Washington.  So we demand Political Integrity Now!
