According to Megyn Kelly on FOX News “America Live”, the House just voted 402-1, with 15 lawmakers voting present, to go forward with an Ethics Committee investigation into what Pelosi did and didn’t know about Massa and his indiscretions. Steny Hoyer is also being looked into.

House Republicans are considering whether to ask Thursday for the Ethics Committee to investigate House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Majority Leader Steny Hoyer for their handling of information about misbehavior by former Rep. Eric Massa, who resigned Monday for sexually harassing male staffers.
Democratic aides scoffed late Wednesday at the idea, saying Pelosi and Hoyer acted properly and there are no grounds for an investigation.
But Republicans want to know why Pelosi was not told earlier of allegations that Massa groped his aides. The speaker’s staff learned of Massa’s misbehavior from Hoyer’s staff in early February, and did not inform her until early March, Pelosi told reporters last week.
A Pelosi aide also told The Daily Caller late Wednesday that her office was informed in October by Massa’s chief of staff, Joe Racolto, of concerns that the congressman was living with a number of male staffers, that he had hired too many staff, and that he was using profanity around them.

i would like to add this,it seemed to me that we were talking about these same problems when the republicans were in power,so i say to you carol “ARE AA REPUBLICANS LAWLESS TAKERS,WHO DON’T FOLLOW THE RULES???. SEE, IT HAS HAPPENED TO BOTH PARTIES.so thats why i am calling on americans to forget about the two party system and to vote this coming elections for independants.show both parties they are accountable to us or they will be out of office.
At this time adding a third party would merely destroy the balance of the current
system =both caustic.. Although in this case it is most evident the current
DEMOCRATIC ADMINISTRATION has done nothing but lie, ignore the Constitution, make up the rules as they wish and as they go with NO checks or balances. IN FACT President Obama has made himself a Dictator rather than a President. By adding a third party would be the death of any opportunity to rid our nation of these crimminal electives. It would scatter the votes, and at this time we do not even have any reasonable statesman in sight on either side!!!!!
