Bill Maher. Ah yes. Not too much needs to be said on my part in regards to this..interesting…fellow, by way of introduction, now is there? Here is his latest gaffe:

The teabaggers, they’re not a movement. They’re a cult, and I’m going to prove it. You know someone has fallen into a cult if you see these signs:

One. Cults have their own vocabulary. Now, I don’t speak sh**kicker, but I know that in their world, freedom means guns, diplomacy means weakness, elitist means reader, and socialist means black.

Two. Cults tend to populate from within.encouraging members to have huge broods of children and to give them strange names, like Moonbeam, and Trig.

And three, cult members always attribute all of their problems to one simple explanation: [picture of Obama with Hitler moustache].

If memory serves me correct, did not Mr. Maher make some reference to the 9/11 terrorists as being brave? Hmm.

Ah, here it is.

“We have been the cowards lobbing cruise missiles from 2,000 miles away. That’s cowardly. Staying in the airplane when it hits the building, say what you want about it, it’s not cowardly.”

And people wonder why progressives were usually the kids who got their lunch money taken away from them back in the day. But Billy Maher has had the last laugh, hmmmm?

My proposal: Have him breed with Joy Behar and then send their mutant offspring to Iran as a present for Ramadan. That oughta settle Ahmadinejad down for a while. The possible scenarios are endless.

Stay classy, Bll Maher.

  3. Joy Hansel says:

Having attended many tea party rallies, I found them to be peaceful, patriotic and a mostly older crowd of mature citizens who are not afraid to stand up for this country. In fact, they (we) have been the working backbone of this country. We don’t use derogatory words or terms to make our point and we are free to have as many or name our children whatever we want.

Freedom means living our life in pursuit of happiness

Diplomacy means discussion, not name calling.

Elitist means someone who takes pride in their God given talent and doesn’t flaunt it like an “intellectual.”

Socialist means what it is: redistributing the wealth and giving power to the government.

These are my definitions because Mr. Maher’s were abit short-sighted.

Oh and the reason we are out there is because we CAN attribute our problems to BIG government…if it looks like Obama with a moustache, it is not our fault.

  4. @Joy,

Ahhhh, you speak truth, Miss Joy! You very smart lady!

I know Bill is a comedian(?), but come on now. If the only way one can get publicity or make a name for one’s self is by being offensive, then what’s the point? I can be just as offensive. Maybe HBO will give me a show and I can cuss up a storm and mock liberalism all day long. Ooooh, like it would be difficult….
