I would say it was Abraham Lincoln.

DC is not for poor people.  It is for the wealthy and, as Bush put it, &quot;the have-mores&quot;.  

One more reason why this &quot;us and them&quot; mentality is going to tear this Nation apart.

Liberalism needs the poor to keep its voter base.  The GOP cannot relate to the poor because it doesn&#039;t believe in poverty as an acceptable way to live.  So where do the poor find a voice?</description>
