If you opt for it, you are taxed for it.  If you do not opt for it, you are not taxed for it.

I have much more to say on this issue, but for now I will leave it at that simplistic comment.  Consider it my, &quot;Put your money where your mouth is&quot; mentality coming into play.  I don&#039;t want it, so don&#039;t tax me, bro.</description>

		<description>Exactly right.  This is what I was talking about earlier in regard to obsessing over minor details of a bill in one committee.  After senate finance reports - then the real sausage is made, and 4 of the 5 committees have more liberal versions than the senate finance committee.  Interestingly though, all the house bills are cheaper than the senate bills, so, I think the like can be held on cost.  How $$$ is raised to pay for the plan will be a major issue though.  The Senate and House are miles apart here.</description>
