The AP just released a report that involves potential health issues of 1,200 U.S. soldiers involved in the rebuilding of a Iraqi water treatment plant in Iraq. The report claims that the soldiers were exposed to sodium dichromate, a potential carcinogen.
Symptoms from exposure include “chest pain to lung disease and even death among troops who served there have been blamed on exposure at the site.
