IT’S ON!!!
Conservatism will have its first true test come November 3, 2009 in the New York special congressional election. The Conservative Party candidate, Doug Hoffman, squares off against the epitome of a RINO (Republican in Name Only) politician in Dede Scozzafava who supports abortion, gay marriage and is endorsed by ACORN!
The democratic candidate is a Nancy Pelosi clone. That should say enough.
This is a call to all Conservatives, Republicans, Libertarians and Independents. Make no mistake about it, a vote for RINO Dede Scozzafava is a vote for the liberal agenda, as the district does not have enough “registered” Republicans to split the vote between Scozzafava and Hoffman and win.
Conservatives have been hungry for representation by the GOP, based on our core values, and once again they did not listen. RINO Scozzafava is unfortunately supported by the GOP.
However, there is hope and this could be the point where the pendulum changes direction and shifts momentum for the conservative movement. If Doug Hoffman can secure this election, perhaps the GOP will finally see that we conservatives should be taken seriously, and that the candidates we support are the ones who will now carry the GOP.
November 3rd, in the state of New York, conservatives everywhere will have a voice. Unless you live in the New York’s 23rd district, you cannot vote, but you can donate to Doug’s campaign.
For the past year, we have been hungry for change. We have been thirsty for someone to represent our values. This is our first opportunity, let’s make the most of it. This is where we see the fruits of our labor pay their first measurable dividend.
Bottom line, Conservatives…it’s time to put up, or shut up!

The conservative ideals that founded this nation must be reborn over and over. More Hoffmans will begin to emerge from America’s quiet places and push back against the liberal progressives until balance is achieved once more. This is America’s true value and legacy to the world.
