Incidentally, I agree with you that Mr. Wright's headline is misleading. I think he is cleverly attempting make the case that illegal immigrants SHOULD be covered as part of our national health care reform. He is drawing an emotional contrast between the "Evil Mr. Beck, who doesn't care about 'those people' " and the "outraged yet enlightened reader - who of course cares".
